but i have a question from another group i am involved with.. can anyone help me??? :confused:
I am lloking to find information on whether it is ok to cook with protein powders.
Can anyone give me any websites that discuss this, or any contributions ???

Soya protein and whey protein are generally used in baked goods and desserts. There are no specific sites that I know of, but most low-carb recipe sites will have a few baking recipes that use them.

There are a few on this site and another one to check out is lowcarbluxury.com.
