:wave: To tell the truth I just stumbled onto this site today. Ben low-carbing for 2 weeks and although I'm doing well, (Lost 8 lbs.) I know I'll need some help and support to stick with it. Like so many I've started and stopped diets a hundred times and feel like this my last chance. So HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I do have a question: Losing 8 lbs is great, but I feel it was probably mostly water. How will I know when I start to lose fat weight.

i can usually tell when my clothes start fitting loser. keeping measurements is a helpful way to gague how your body is changing because the scale can be decieving.
