Hi Guys,
I am Jane and I live in Torquay, Devon. I have been Following Atkins since the middle of January. I have lost two stone so far and really enjoy the food I am eating.
I have 5lbs to go to reach my mini Goal of being under 200 by the time i jet of to Cyprus in April!!
I really enjoy reading through the forum it really inspires me and keeps me focused, well done everybody you are all so amazing !!!!!!
