I just wanted to say hello. I'm new to this site, but am very excited about my new diet.

I'm not new to the low-carb diet, but it has been a long time. I was able to low carb after each pregnancy and it was perfect for me. But time has passed and I let it get away from me. So here I am.... :wave:
