I started low carbing in the summer with a girlfriend of mine we lost some pounds ran into a sore spot with my job they layed a bunch of people off so stress set in and then I started eating whatever I wanted again.
So Now my life is back on track and Im going to start following the low carb lifestyle again. I felt great when I was doing it before.
I stumbled across these forums and these are the best ones i have seen yet. I will be spending alot of time here.
