Hey there everyone! Its a new year and its going to be a new me!

Last year I lost 25lbs on Atkins in about 5 months.

Then I put 9 back on in a course of about 6 months.

This year I plan to take off 30 lbs. AND THIS TIME I'M EXERCISING!

Yes yes yes I was one of those pro-diet, anti-exercise girls.

I sure felt good when I went on vacation, but I want to feel even better this year. My count down date is May 7th, and I'm DETERMINED to lose 30lbs this time around. So that leaves me at about 2 lbs to 2.5 lbs a week!

I better get cracking!

And tips on induction would be greatly appreciated. I mean i feel like i kinda know what I'm doing, I read the posts all the time, but i'm always afraid I'm eating some forbidden food that i'm unaware of and ruining my chances at getting started

I am starting over too!! So far I have been a good girl for 6 days. I plan on losing close to 60 though. Exercise is the one thing I HAVE got to get up and do!!

your goal what is what mine should be, but thats what I was in highschool, So i figure being realistic should put me at about 165. I'm a tall girl with long legs, so me at 165 looks like the next girl at 130... Thats why I always hated announcing my weight, even when i was a bean pole.

But anyway I wish you all the best of luck and look forward to losing right next to ya's :)
