Hello! :)
Just signed up after a few weeks of lurking!!
I'm in the UK, a mum of three, and a vegetarian, I'm following a book by Rose Elliot, which is very similar to Atkins, but instead of the meat, having lots of nuts, tofu, eggs etc. So it's 20g carbs a day and 60 -80g of protein on induction, which I have chosen to stay on, as I can eat LOADS!.
I've come so far in the past year, just really need to do this so I can be at my dream weight for February 2008 :)
Nothing's going to stop me now Im so near!
Looking forward to chatting to everyone

Tofu... what's that like? I bought it once but was too scared to try it.

Thanks everyone :)
Tofu- well its really bland and really strange at first, but have found some great ways of cooking with it, and have it a few times a week now! Loads of protein, and hardly any carbs, also good whizzed up as a lemon cheesecake shake yum!
