I've had success with Atkins before, got bored, thought I knew better. And then I got pregnant and REALLY started eating again. I gained a lot of weight with my pregnancy. I've lost some of it just by generally cutting carbs and "being good".
But I want to actually achieve a healthy weight now. I want to be SLIM. And I also want to get pregnant again and need to lose at least the rest of the baby weight before conceiving again.
I am determined to see it through this time. No excuses. I've chosen my name because I want to keep a positive mindset. This is not about LOSING. It's about gaining - health, strength, sex appeal and another little baby.
I know I can do it.
