Hello everyone,
Just thought would update. I uped my calories on the Fat Fast and increased my protein to follow on from the initial Fat Fast this week.
And have lost another 5 pounds!!!!!! I can't believe it!!!
I will keep my fat high again this next coming week, but increase the protein some more....I think that high fat 'really' works for me and has definitely shown me that I can break a LONG stall......anyone stalling you may want to try this!
