Hi Everyone , I am from So. Calif. I have been on every diet known to man, Until a good friend of mine from WW told me about TSP and how good she is feeling on it. I was tired all the time not sure why so I decided to start TSP. I have more energy than I have in years. I gained a couple pounds to start but with healing I read that this is normal to some. I am hoping to get to know more people in the group.

Hi Alberta,

SP is a great plan. I'm glad you understand the part about the possibility of gaining while healing, a lot of people are reluctant to deal with that.

There's a special section on the forum for SP the link to it is below.

The SP board isn't terribly active as not a lot of people here are doing the plan and those that do, don't always post.

There is however a very helpful, knowledgeable and successful SP'er who has a journal here. Her name is Betty, I've given you a link to her below.

Thank you KoKo for the info. I use to do Somersizing so SP is not that hard for me, I think that's why I have not gained that much. The way I feel is worth it all. I have looked at Betty's Journal I can't wait until I do as well as her. It takes time I know. I am in this for the long haul. Again thank you!
