Hi everyone,
My name is Tara & I found this site when I was looking for a friend. I have battled my wieght for many years, although I'm not overly over weight I still struggle with what I eat on a daily basis to maintain my weight. At the moment I have gained weight due to an injury & I find myself slipping into a depression which only feeds my need to eat. I look forward to learning more & trying a better way of life style then my usual starve method.
