According to my BMI, I'm now only overweight...

Good job!!! And I think I know how you feel. "Obese" is such an UGLY word...it has sooooooo many negative and disgusting implications that none of us who are labeled as such wants to feel about ourselves. As a "Morbidly Obese" person myself, it is just horribly degrading. I exercise regularly, I can run up a flight of steps, I can play tennis for an hour but yet, I'm so fat that I'm going to drop dead at any moment according to my title!! HAHAH!
so YEAH, it IS a BIG DEAL to be able to move out from under that label!!!!
YAAAAAYYYY YOU!!!
:cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Koalaty, I know exactly what you mean. At 5'1'' and 190 Lbs I started out as morbidly obese. I didn't see a morbidly obese person in the mirror but that what my BMI said. Anyhow, I couldn't wait to just be "overweight." Now I'm about 15 pounds from "normal". I think some of these scales are silly but hey...I'm glad to be making progress. Congrats on your success!!!
