Hi I'm Lizzie, a London girl. Just started Atkins today. I'm getting married in November and want to slim down for then.

I've done the low carb thing before and I love that I don't gain weight on it - with other diets it's so easy to binge and gain a bunch of pounds.

It is going to be hard to give up the bread though because I love the stuff!

Welcome aboard. Giving up the bread was hard for me at first,too, but look in the recipe section for some LC breads. It really helps.
