Hello all!!
I've been low-carb dieting on and off for about 6 years now. It is the only way I've found that I can lose weight but sadly I'm not very good at sticking to it long term to maintain. I'm a BIG yo-yo (dieter that is)! I've just began again this week to try and lose 20 pounds and KEEP IT OFF this time.....I would love to have advice from you guys to stay on target during the losing process but even more importantly....support to maintain. I'm excited and hopeful that I can have more discipline this time round. ;)
