Just found your forum the other day. I'm not new to low carb, specifically Atkins. In the past I've dropped 40 lbs on the plan. Would like to lose 40 again.

I like near Lake Michigan in Indiana and work as a dealer in a casino. No children, no pets, no outstanding warrants.
