Hello: I've just found this community ~ how inspiring! Starting Atkins induction today (have done basic low-carb in the past and did Kimkins for two weeks but have decided to switch). Looking forward to chatting with y'all here. After having babies, I have a *lot* to lose...fingers crossed!

Think I'm going to try South Beach instead of Atkins, see how it goes, as I'm terrible at counting carbs. But definitely still committing to this life change. And thank you so much for the warm welcome!!! Congrats on your successes...
