Hi! Began my locarb journey on 5-18-07 with Atkins. I switched to Kimkins 7-14-07. I have been a member of lowcarber but have never posted so I thought I would tell everyone hello. I will spend a couple of days getting familiar with the site, looks pretty good so far.
