For those that use Fit Day, when you have entered in all your foods for the day, and look at the overview box on the top right, the breakdown says
Total: 995
Fat: 75 678 69%
Sat: 23 203 21%
Poly: 12 109 11%
Mono: 23 206 21%
Carbs: 16 49 5%
Fiber: 4 0 0%
Protein: 63 251 26%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%
Does that mean that I only had 12 net carbs? I could go back over everything and figure it all out, but I ate a lot of different things today, I feel rotten, and I'm being lazy;-) If anyone knows, please clue me in? Thanks!
Darn I had less than 1000 calories today, I had no idea I had eaten so little! I better go raid the fridge for something to snack on!
