This is simple but so good.
Take a" 0" carb hot dog and split it lengthwise just to the bottom but not all the way through. Put cheese in the split and wrap it in no sugar added bacon. Bake in a 350 deg. oven until the bacon is crisp and the cheese is melted. I always line the pan with foil because cleanup is so much easier. This is full of fat, but very low carb.
