Hi, I just wanted to say hello to everyone.

I've been meaning to start back low carb-ing/exercising for a while now...so today I just said enough is enough! And what did I find on a search but this forum!

Thanks to everyone for all the good advice/tips I've browsed through so far, and the PLAN thingy, I've really gotten a great motivational boost. I think it's just the ticket for what I need-I don't really have a workout buddy or diet buddy, but now I have virtual buddies of both!

I can't wait to get to know everyone!

PS, does anyone know how to make sure the ticker in my signature isn't too large? Or make it smaller? I guess I'll be browsing that forum next!

How sad...I just caught sight of my "progress-0%" lol. I hope it'll be "progress-50%" in not too many months.

Thanks! I was just reading through some of the threads and already I'm inspired.

I am fairly active, but I eat the wrong things. Hopefully this time I will be able to make the diet changes stick.

That is great that you are here with us. If you start a journal it will help you in many ways to keep track of your eating and getting support. Also if you go to www.fitday.com (http://www.fitday.com) you can keep track of the carbs and proteins.

Have a great day..best of everything to you.

Today I started a journal, because, *ahem* I can't seem to go one day without cheating! I've also checked out My Plan-because that was the easiest one to find. I'm going to be logging everything I eat and see if that doesn't help me with my cheating problem. Mostly I cheat when I'm studying. Little things, but they add up to big things. Already though this forum has helped, because I don't think I'd have noticed the cheating before.
