Hi everybody,

I discovered this nifty site - "Keyboard Yoga". It isn't so much weight-reducing exercise as it is STRESS-reducing. How many of us experience eye-strain, or stiff shoulders and low-back pain from hours spent in front of the computer? The "exercises" are presented in a fun & friendly atmosphere, and only take a few minutes to do. breathing exercise neck and shoulders eye calisthenics lower back and pelvis wrist and hand self-massage (mind you, I'd prefer someone ELSE giving me a massage :p )Anyway, here's the site: http://www.ivillage.com/diet/tools/yoga/
