hi all i just started my introduction phase . I can use all the tips i can get... I have found my self being hungry some inbetween meals is this normal at first?

Its going to take awhile for your body to adjust and very soon U wont feel as hungry. BUT when U are hungry it is fine to eat... something with high protein and fat. U may experience some sugar cravings, headaches and even just general "not feeling well" for the 1st few days of low-carbing. It passes quickly and is replaced with new energy. Drink lots of water and take vitamins. And good luck!
