I hope this isn't just my imagination, but it seems when I walk on cold days outdoors, it brings my BG levels down faster then when I walk on warmer days.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
Could it be we are expending more energy cause our bodies are trying to keep warm in addition to the energy just used for the walking....?
hmmmmmmmmmmmm..... I think I am equating energy expansion with lowering BG. I presume that is logical or is it???
