I'm day 5 of Atkins induction - got a pretty bad case of the "Atkins Flu".
Anybody else have this problem?? :help:

Hi pasofan, and welcome! We've all been through the "Atkins flu" also known as induction flu. Lasts anywhere from 1 day (for the really fortunate) to a week or so and then you'll discover you feel better than ever with no cravings and lots of energy.

Horse lovers? I don't believe I've ever eaten horse. Excellent protein though.:lol:
