Hi I just found this site. It is wonderful! I started low carbing the middle of October, but fell off the wagon this past 2 weeks. I am starting again. I am overweight and diabetic so I need to get healthy. I look forward to reading everyone tips & stories, an hopefuly will soon have my own.
