Hi all, :wave:
I decided to complete my commitment to ensure success by starting a blog.
I can’t believe I have posted pics (no head - too shy) but I am finding my dieting is finally working. I was at the point of despair trying so many things.
It is great to feel I have some sort of control.
I did have to adjust a little being so used to low fat dieting but this most certainly has been the most effective so far.
If anyone would like to follow my progress I am documenting things I read and my eating habits etc with photos on my blog

I would also like to add photos of the food I prepare and recipes in the future too as I think this would be nice to share with others.
I am only 12 days in but benefiting from deeper sleep, less painful joints, less hunger, heap less craving for the nasties and more energy. Whoo hoo. :agree:
