This doesn't happen to often on diets so I'm estatic. This is my first day and so far I'm enjoying my food. I had crustless quiche w/chicken & spinach for breakfast; rotisserie chicken & veg soup for lunch (not sure what I'm having for dinner I'm too full to think about food right now). :yum: I have to admit this is a first for me, on most diets you're constantly looking for more food to eat. I've been on several diets thus far and I must say I've almost starved myself just trying to lose 12lbs. I'm anticipating my weight loss by Oct 2nd. I'll keep you posted. :agree:

Congratulatioins! Ain't low carb great? I have trouble eating enough, because the food is so filling.

I've already hooked my colleagues; it's a wonderful weight loss program. Why didn't somebody hook me up sooner??? Anyway like they say it's never to late..
