Sometimes lunches on Atkins can be a bit of a nightmare. I have found a great lunch from Sainsbury's. The chicken caesar salad from the taste the difference range is delicious and only 3g carb for the lot (this seems to include the croutons but I just bin them). It is delicious and just the right amound for lunch.

Thanks for that, Annie-Lou.

Finding new and palatable meals can be difficult, and it is always useful to have some recommended standbyes up your sleeve.

Alas for me, we don't have a Sainsbury here in the part of rural Suffolk I inhabit, but I'm sure this information will be useful to many others.
