Hello everyone,
I just wanted to say what a great board! I found this site by seaching for low carb products and glad I decided to check this forum out. I am a believer in Atkins and found it is the only program I can actually follow and stay on. I don't use the word 'diet' anymore because I believe that low carb is a way of living and it works! I look forward to reading and sharing tips here.
