What's an NLEA serving . . . it was a choice when I added Crystal Light Lemonade. It didnt have cup or 8 oz. as a unit of measure. It did, however, have 1 oz. but that gave me 2.1 carbs per ounce and that cant be right. So I defaulted to NLEA serving but I have no idea if that is the right choice.
Thanks

Hi there :)
NLEA defines serving size as the amount of food customarily eaten at one time. The serving sizes that appear on food labels are based on FDA-established ...
(from FDA.gov)
so yes you made the right choice. Maybe the 2.1 carbs for an ounce was for the dry powder?
