ok so i found boars head, no carb, no sugar hot dogs, are these ok? they do have sodium nitrate, but the indgredientgs are 100% beef, and the package even states that they have no sugar, let me know what you think,,thanks

I am going to assume you are still on induction...and part of induction is NO processed foods. That includes hot dogs :(

After induction is over those would be fine. I eat those as well and they are yummy. :)
