Hello!
I found out about this forum thru a friend I met while kayaking! I am active
and enjoy outdoor activities but have real problems w/binge eating when
there is nothing else to do.....I have lost 60 pounds using the SouthBeach
eatiing plan (not a diet but a way of life)and kept it off 2 years....now 10
pounds are back and I am determined to lose them forever...how many
times does it take to stay focused and in control? I have tried most diets
and found this one to be the best for me......
I think this forum will be a fabulous way to stay connected to others w/the
same issues and learn new ways to handle out of control eating binges.
I look forward to suggestions, ideas, etc. that will help and will be happy to
share anything that I have tried that works for me.
