Hi all,

I am fairly new at this low-carbing life. I am 31 years old and my hubby and I have decided to try for a baby. I am wondering if therre are any concerns about starting a low-carb diet while trying to get pregnant; and when I do get pregnant, is there any changes I should make?

Thanks for any help on this.

hi Serenity, welcome to our forum :)

We had a good discussion about pregnancy planning and lowcarb a few months ago. Check it out here (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3840) .. You'll find links to more technical information about lowcarb and pregnancy, breastfeeding and other advice from new moms.
