Could someone PLEASE tell me where you can buy wheat nuts? and where in the store do you find them?? thanks so much! I am thinking of a store in CA :help: :yum:

At 4 net grams per serving (1/3 cup) they do look a bit carb-expensive for induction to me.
BTW - dont buy the 'reduced fat' variety as they contain wheat flour and more sugar than the others and have a net carb count of 10 grams of carbs according to the nutrition information!! http://www.wheatnuts.com/ni.htm

Thanks for the info! I was thinking of having them after the induction phase.
