Hi there... I'm Daniel today I started the Atkins regime... I weigh around 330lb :blush:. My ideal weight is 210lb for my 6ft 4 frame. If there are any guys or gals out there looking for a penpal-e-mail buddy i'll be more than happy to share my ups and downs and spur each other on.
