yes well what can I say, when I started low-carbing I was a sick as a dog for 2 weeks and had the shakes and yes, was as about as exhausted as I was when pregnant. I have no clue how you overcome it but I just wanted you to know that you aren't alone and ummm, you do eventually get over the exhaustion. I know going for walks on the beach helped me... Just being out of the house and being able to focus on something other than the day-to-day... (and I have to admit I did have a Memphis Meltdown when I was DESPERATE and it did help (okay so it gave me a massive headache) at the time. You have to live with knowing what you did though! :)
