Everywhere I keep hearing that this WOE can cause constipation..... especially during induction. Um..... I'm on day #3 and have diarrhea!!! Anyone else ever have this happen?? Other wise I feel fine other than a slight headache.

Doreen has written an article on Intestinal Health that's in Low Carb Tips at the top of the page. It's not uncommon to have diarrhea during induction and it will soon end when your body adjusts to your new WOE.
