Hello anyone living in france? I havent found anything low carb in the supermarkets, keep on looking though really enjoying the hundreds of cheese :yum: I've been eating high percent chocolate when I really need something. Anyone found anything? :p

coucou moi je suis française j'habite à paris et en effet je trouve rien de low carb ici !! c'est pas encore trop dans les moeurs bref, comme toi, je me rue sur les fromages ( pr ça on a le choix) et sur le chocolat (jai trouvé du lindt 70% de cacao LIGHT avec seulement 2g de glucides pour toute la tablette!!!)pour qd j'ai des "sugar cravings!" lol (tellement habituée à lire ce site en anglais desfois jai du mal à trouver les équivalents en français lol)
ça me fait plaisir de trouver un français sur ce site, on va pouvoir s'entraider / se conseiller / discuter de nos progrès, qu'est ce que tu en dis?
