I once more make a step in consistency of a good eating habit.

My first step will be getting pics (new ones of course) of myself then daily low carb habits ensuring as well that i update muy journal.

I will also add photos every 14 days.

Today is my first day and I dont know if anyone experience forst 3 dayas makes u miserable but I will fight it and keep focus, and get u pics 14 days time.
