Hi!!!! :wave: I just wanted to stop by and say hi to everyone. I was searching the web and found this site. Everyone here seems so kind and motivating that I had to join. I started Atkins on Feb. 16 at 225lbs. and my goal weight is 165lbs. I wish everyone good luck!!!! :D
