How many carbs would there be in a bowl of oat bran? After reading all of your suggestions for breakfast, I am thinking of mixing it with flaxseed, but don't want to increase the carb intake too much. I know there are no carbs in flaxseed, but not sure about oat bran....many thanks

Don't have a *bowl* of it. Just stick to one serving of it The amount of one serving should be listed on the box somewhere. I nuke one serving of it (with added ground flaxseed) for those times when I need a little extra fiber and want a hot cereal. It isn't often. Once a week or less.
