Hi! I'm new to this site and the diet. I am 24 days into the Atkins Diet and have lost 11 lbs within the first 14 days. But I seem to be stuck now between 8-10lbs down. I just started back on induction to see if that helps. I'm sure it's from my lack of water and excercise. Guess I better step it up.

Is there anyone out there in my position? Stalling and getting frustrated?

I have seen lot's of info on this site about stalling. Best thing I have read so far is to just hang in there. Drink lots of water stick to the eating plan and exsercise. It will fall off. :)
