does anybody know how many crbs would be in clear soup? it a japanese soup that i used to have when we went to a restaurant called Nami's. all it has is onion and mushrooms and some chives but i am curious about the actual soup. any input would be great. thanks

I am not familiar with clear soup, but if it is at all thickened, or glossy-looking, be careful of corn starch. Maybe the restaurant has a website?

Its probably ok, just broth-the only real fear would be the salt content, but I wouldnt worry about it.
