Okay, today is my second day low carbing it. I normally lift about 4 time a week alternating upper and lower body. Um .. I do cardio probably about 4 times a week but I don't like it so much. What I am so excited about is supposedly it is not good to do a lot of intense cardio on this diet!! (YEAHH!!! walking is great. I usually feel guilty walking.) Weight training is invigorating don't mind it at all)
how long should you wait till you start working out on this diet. I generally feel like crap today and yesterday, but i guess I should just do it anyway??

Do you still have your copy of Protein Power?? Chapter 7 outlines everything for you, right down to intensity level, when to exercise in relation to eating, increasing your protein intake and combining cardio & weights. The Eades suggest that you hold off starting a rigorous workout regimen until you've been lowcarbing for a week. This will permit your body to adjust to the changing hormone and insulin levels, and the way your muscles use energy.

Good luck to you!!

Okay, I did like a scaled down version of lower body lifting today. I coudn't help it I keep picturing all the fat im eating marbled all over my body! nice picture!!
Man I can feel what they said about being out of breath and such for the first week! I reduced my reps and weight from my normal workout.. I skipped out on the cardio (yeah!! ) ((prob would have been huffin and puffin by the fifth step))
Thanks for the help too ya'll, by the way!? I know we're not supposed to talk about calories, but I am kindof concerned. I have been eating overall the past couple days around 1500 - 1700 cals but like almost A HUNDRED grams of fat.!!! I am just making sure that's ok!! And it's okay to eat cheese and salami and butter and cream cheese??
