Hi Starting out on Atkins but I've already slipped- I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal today and now I'm struggling with that- I was getting so sick to my stomach with all the rich foods. Guess I'm just so accustomed to "diet" food having been on weight watchers for so long (with minimal results) I feel strange that I'm stressing over the oatmeal as opposed to the bacon. Even so I'm still producing ketones so maybe all is not lost. :help:

It's good to see you are back on track! Don't give up!
Maybe it is time for you to try a new recipe, one that is not so rich? Maybe something like roasted chicken and steamed veggies?
