I'm new so i could use all the encouragement-this diet i alway struggle with but i'm determined to get this weight off-i weight around 140 and i'm normally 120 and i'm 5'3

Hi, Ashley. Follow the plan, and be patient. The point of it all is to learn a new way of eating--and never, ever going on a "diet" again. Doesn't that sound good?

If you are a runner, then you already know that exercise goes hand-in-hand with good nutrition to get your body into its best shape. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for your reply i used to run alot when i was in shape now try to get there again it's hard work but i know it's worth it..this support group really helps i love what you all have to say
