hi,
I'm new here and I was just wondering, did any of you read body for life the book by Bill Phillips? I just read it and I am starting his training system, and doing atkins. I really think he has a point although I don't think he's right about the diet he offers.

several people here are doing BFL......Nat is one you should talk to her about BFL :D i'm going to start it in january :wave:
