When I first looked at this report, I was like, "Oh, I'm not doing too bad". However, the program uses the entire month to divide/average your entries. So, if you started in the middle of the month like I did, it makes your report look good. Because it's averaging 14 days out over 30. In essense, halving it. You just need to edit the dates to the ones you have entries in in order to get a realistic average. If you guys have already covered this, sorry... I just didn't want anyone going around like I did thinking they're doing it right overall, and they're really not. :o :)

It only averages days that have some entries recorded. Could you specify which report you're using where this seems to happen? Is it this one: http://forum.lowcarber.org/myplan.php?do=nsummary

So why do you think it divides everything by 30? It's not doing that for me.

If the numbers still don't make sense, send me a PM with your login password, and I'll login as you to see if something weird is going on.

maybe it was because at the time I only had a few entries? Because now it seems fine?? Or maybe I was tired and misread? Or maybe I'm an idiot? (entirely possible...) Or when I did manual calculations I screwed up? (also entirely possible). Or maybe I put in different dates than I meant to or thought I did. But, just so you know, I DO like this program. A lot! :agree:  :D If you'd still like to poke around, I'll send you my code.

"It only averages days that have some entries recorded"

I have a couple of days where only my weight is recorded, but no food. You think that's it? (maybe I'm only a moron?)

PS I used 30 days as an arbitrary number because there are 30 days in November.

I haven't changed anything, but I logged in as you and it looks correct. If something happens and it ever looks wrong, just let me know.
