Curves is rather similar to Atkins I think, just a slightly different carb levels. Out curiosity, what made you choose Curves?

I started Cruves because of all the nonsense that went on at the YMCA. I had been on Prednizone{steroid} because i was sick. I'm being taken off slowly, and hate the weight i've put on. Just really need some support, to get through this. If you have any suggestions about Atkins, please let me know.
