For use on top of your favorite grilled steak...or any grilled steak for that matter.
1/2 cup butter (soften in microwave to almost completely melted.
garlic powder to taste (I use a ton)
1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbles
Mix garlic and butter and then add bleu cheese. mix well and refriderage until solidified. scoop (large spoonful) onto hot steak and allow to melt...yummmmmmm! I also use a ramiken and then dip my steak into it. Also outstanding with al dante broccolli.
